Key Duties
- Overall management of the non-profit NGO, representation of the organization at all other authorities, first signature on financial documents and key agreements;
- Financial management: overall and projects’ budgets management, approval of key decisions developed by financial manager and accountant;
- Personnel management: management of up to 10 staff members and up to 30 contracted project-based consultants;
- Media and related projects development and management: initiating and organizing project ideas development by team members, management and reporting on approved projects in areas of investigative journalism, media legal defense, new media, government transparency, EU-integration etc.
- Strategic development of organization
Essential Requirements
- Fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian;
- Relevant management experience (personnel, finance, projects);
- Relevant experience in media area (media, media development, related donor programs etc.);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
